In the early 1990s, Her Majesty\'s Customs and Excise was losing the war against illegal drug smuggling across UK borders. The solution proved to be extraordinary. As part of a top-secret undercover operation, a small group of customs officers was deployed into the field. Their mission was to infiltrate the most dangerous drug syndicates in Britain. However, these were not professional spies. They were ordinary men and women, plucked from everyday life across the UK, put through accelerated training, and tasked with building entirely new identities within the criminal underworld. These undercover personas were known as \'Legends\'.
