Neighborhood Watch

Simon, recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital, becomes a witness to the kidnapping of a girl. In order to find her, the guy seeks the help of former cop Ed, who suffers from a persecution complex. The only way to save the kidnapped girl is to unravel the intricacies of Simon\'s mind and separate hallucinations from real clues.
